Room Hire
The centre has a Loop System, and a lift. Changing Facilities, a defibrillator and Wireless Network are available. Smart Board is available in the Bede Room. Hire of the laptop, projector and screen will be £10 and for hire of only the laptop and screen £5.
The charge to hire the boiler will be £6.00. Buffets can be arranged in consultation with the Office. If you have any specific requirements please contact us to discuss possible provision of them.
Remember to indicate your requirements clearly on the booking form provided. Every effort will be made to allocate your room choice; however it may be necessary to allocate a different room which will comfortably accommodate your requirements.
Catering:
This can be provided for a cost of £6 per head, 25% of sandwiches / savories’ will be vegetarian unless otherwise requested
Tea / Coffee served at other times: 60p per person each time
Special dietary needs should be notified when confirming numbers
The Upper Room is available for children’s parties at £63 for 3 hours plus £10 if the kitchen is used.
